A comprehensive index of every name appearing in the works of Philip K. Dick, arranged alphabetically by name, by title, and by year of creation. The hardcover first edition was limited to 100 copies, some signed and numbered. This copy is unnumbered but signed three times by compiler Tommi Brem, on the dust jacket flap, the copyright page, and the table of contents page, with an inscription. On the copyright page Brem has also written in pencil "04/2020" and "Special Edition," suggesting this is an overrun copy customized by Brem after the fact. The dust jacket, screen printed in green, is one of several color variants.
