Lord John Film Festival

"Presentation copy" bound in original cloth over leather spine, housed in publisher's slipcase with cutout showing the poster for One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. This presentation copy was given as a gift, and is signed by 38 different writers, actors, and directors. It is also inscribed by the editor on the title page: "For Mika / Congratulations / & with affection / Herb." 

The only three signatures omitted from this copy that were in the final production are Horton Foote, Billy Wilder, and Fred Zinnemann. Signed by Bruce Beresford, Ray Bradbury, Robert Bloch, Ramsey Campbell, Charles Champlin, Norman Corwin, Brian Cox, Richard Crenna, Harry Crews, Jules Dessin, Faye Dunaway, Dennis Etchison, Louise Fletcher, Gerald R.
