Bulldozer Rising

Bulldozer Rising is a feminist dystopian novel by Anna Livia (1955-2007), an Irish lesbian feminist author and linguist. In a society where anyone over forty is marginalized and eventually sentenced to death by a youth-dominated ruling class, a clandestine group of older women becomes the sole focus of resistance. Livia was a prominent figure in feminist literary and academic circles, known for her work on language and gender.
