A full-year calendar poster for 1984, produced to mark the arrival of Orwell's titular year. The bold red and yellow screenprint incorporates the novel's three slogans alongside a portrait of Big Brother and a full twelve-month calendar grid, with the first week of July annotated as "Hate Week." A striking and aggressive design. Printed by an artist known only as Getchell, whose first name and further biography have not been established. One of 80 numbered copies signed by the artist, this being number 46.
