The third issue of Last Wave magazine, published Summer 1984, containing the first posthumous appearance of "On a Cat Which Fell Three Stories and Survived (1977)," a poem by Philip K. Dick. The poem appears on page 29, opposite a short companion piece by K. W. Jeter titled "Phil's Cat," which recounts the real incident involving one of Dick's cats that inspired the poem. Other contributors to this issue include Jessica Amanda Salmonson, Steve Rasnic Tem, Parke Godwin, and Mark Williams.
