This special issue of the cyberpunk fanzine, Science Fiction Eye, dedicated to Philip K. Dick, features an array of exclusive content including an interview with PKD and a plot outline for an unwritten novel titled Fawn, Look Back. Introduced by renowned American music journalist and Dick's literary estate executor, Paul Williams, this outline is perceived as an early rendition of The Owl in Daylight, a work Dick was developing before his death. Tessa, Dick's former wife, would independently publish her interpretation of the novel in 2009.
This volume features contributions from Paul Williams, Ted White, Lucius Shepard, and others including Richard A. Lupoff, John Shirley, Bruce Sterling, Rudy Rucker, Paul di Filippo, Stephen P. Brown, Dan Steffan, Lou Stathis, Rafael Sa'adah, Lewis Shiner, and Michael Swanwick.
